Roger Chilcón is a third-generation coffee farmer from El Diamante. Located close to the Ecuadorian border, El Diamante has developed a reputation for producing high-quality coffee, drawing on growing techniques and varieties shared across the region.

Over the past five years, Roger has worked to connect local coffee producers with buyers, helping his neighbors find better opportunities for their harvests. Along the way, he has developed his knowledge of coffee tasting and quality evaluation, building the skills needed to support the community's growing coffee industry.

Today, Roger is gradually bringing more family members into the business, working toward building a lasting family enterprise that supports both his family and the coffee-growing community he proudly calls home.
