Our coffees are typically roasted within weeks or months of harvest and shipped shortly after. Most customers receive coffee that was roasted about 7–10 days before delivery, depending on the origin and shipping schedule.
Yes. Each roast generally comes from the most recent harvest in an origin country currently in season.
We currently offer whole bean only. This ensures better freshness, flavor preservation, and full control over grind size at home.
Subscription & Shipping
You’ll receive the number of bags you select for your subscription each month. Each month’s coffee is typically sourced from a recent harvest at a different farm in Colombia, Guatemala, or Peru.
We roast at origin and ship in monthly batches. Coffee typically ships on the 28th of each month and arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Roasting at origin helps more value stay in the producing country. We pay for local roasting, not just raw beans. This supports jobs and income within those communities. In addition, we feature locally made products from those regions, such as coffee cups and cocoa.
We feature coffees from Central and South America, including Colombia, Guatemala, and Peru, with occasional offerings from other regions depending on the harvest season.
