Notes of Chocolate, Citrus, and Honey
Santiago Noriega is a fourth-generation Colombian coffee farmer from Acevedo, Huila. His connection to coffee started early. At just 17, he became interested in specialty coffee and began educating himself on what separates an average cup from a memorable one.
Four years ago, he launched Finca Cultivares, renovating the farm and planting a range of varieties, including Gesha, Pink Bourbon, Caturra, and more. During harvest, cherries are picked at peak ripeness, carefully selected for color and sweetness before moving to the next stage of processing.
While the farm experiments with exotic varieties and processes, Santiago’s focus remains simple: producing clean, high-quality coffees that make you want another cup.
