This exceptional coffee grows next to three volcanoes surrounding lake Atitlán in Guatemala: Atitlán, San Pedro, and Tolimán. The pulp of the cherry is left on while the coffee seed is dried, which imparts complexity to a high altitude coffee grown in mineral-rich volcanic terroir. This coffee has depth and body like nothing we have ever tasted before.
