  • Roasted at origin a few months after harvest to capture peak flavor
  • Packed and shipped the same week it’s roasted

Empowering Coffee Communities at Origin

When we roast at origin, more of the coffee’s value stays in the communities that grow it. Local roasting creates jobs, supports small producers, and keeps more profits where they belong: at the source.

Brown Sugar, Stone Fruit, and Citric Acidity

Grown at 2,000 m.a.s.l. in the hills of Santa Teresa, Cusco, this washed Pache lot reflects producer Leyvi Perez’s mission to restore balance between forest conservation and the farming economy.

After completing her studies in Cusco, Leyvi, a young ecologist, returned home to put her knowledge into practice. Her commitment to uniting coffee production with restoring the forest took form in BeeCauseWeCare365, a nonprofit in Peru where she serves as lead agronomist and advocates for bee conservation and reforestation.

Today, Leyvi is guiding her community toward specialty coffee as a path to long-term sustainability — a reflection of her passion, purpose, and impact.
